Leadership behavior reflects personal attitude and people in leading positions carry a lot of respon­si­bility in the organiz­ation. Thus, it is imperative, that their mindset is aligned to the corporate culture.

Through the use of an innovative video game, with decision-based video endings, we provide everyone with leadership respon­si­bi­lities in Deutsche Telekom with a realistic, yet simulated, safe to explore environment. Leaders from all over the world can use this inter­active serious game to playfully develop their leadership and decision-making skills. To increase the identi­fi­cation with the game, we chose to use actual Telekom employees instead of employing actors.
