The challenge: To attract the attention of all Bayer employees worldwide for the new compliance guideline.

We decided to master this exciting challenge with an innovative combi­nation of inter­active videos and classic computer game elements. The entire cast for the videos was realized with Bayer employees who came to the shootings from all over the world. On top of that, we have produced a making-of film that shows in an emotional way the shooting process. This movie was the perfect internal commu­ni­cation announ­cement for this unique Serious Game.
